1. Eligible Products

We ship spare parts and complete mowers directly from our UK facility to customers in the USA.

Certain items cannot be shipped internationally. In particular, batteries, oils, and fuels are excluded from export.

2. Courier & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via FedEx International unless otherwise specified.

Standard delivery time is estimated at 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Larger shipments (such as mowers) may require additional handling, which may extend delivery times.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments to the USA are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined and collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Allett is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of entry.

4. Title & Risk of Loss

Title to products and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier in the UK.

Allett is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay occurring after products have been accepted by the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on orders shipped to the USA.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product(s) are ordered. If in doubt, please contact us prior to purchase.

6. Warranty Support

Warranty coverage is available to USA Customers, subject to Allett’s standard warranty terms.

Warranty support will be coordinated from the UK. Customers may be required to cover international shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

7. Exclusions & Restrictions

We do not ship batteries, oils, or hazardous materials to the USA.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
