Buying A Mower Direct From The Factory

When you decide that you want to buy an Allett mower direct from the UK factory, we can accommodate this.

We are passionate about our customer care, but we need to be clear with you about what support we can give to you all the way from England before you commit to buy your mower.

Tarrifs When Ordering from the UK

When ordering from the UK, it can be difficult to estimate the exact cost of tariffs in advance. Tariff rates and import duties vary depending on product type and are influenced by changing trade regulations. Because of this, the final amount is not something we can accurately display at checkout. Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will review it and provide you with an estimated tariff cost. If you are not comfortable with the estimated tariff charges, we will happily cancel and issue a full refund for your order.

Due to recent events, the tariff situation for shipments into the USA continues to change frequently. We are closely monitoring developments to ensure our customers are given the most up-to-date information possible. Our goal is to be transparent, so you know what to expect before your order is confirmed and shipped.

UK Buying Procedures

  • Ordering Parts For Your Allett Mower

    Use our 24/7 online parts portal to identify and order the components you need. Prices will be shown in GBP, and we will confirm the final costs, including shipping and any tariffs, within one working day with a secure payment link, and once payment is received, we'll dispatch your parts via FedEx. Most deliveries will arrive in 2-3 working days across the U.S.

  • Warranty & Support

    When you purchase a new Allett mower it will come with a 1 year warranty, in the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer services team at USA@allett.co.uk with photographs and full details of the issue. Once approved, we will send replacement parts free of charge as quickly as possible.

    Please note that you will need to carry out the repair yourself using our technical support literature or use a local mower mechanic.
