Allett USA Return Policy

At ALLETT, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality lawn care equipment and parts. However, due to international shipping requirements, customs tariffs, and import/export complications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped to the United States.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales to USA customers are final.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.

This applies to both mowers and spare parts.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure you select the correct products before placing your order. If you are unsure about a part or mower specification, we encourage you to contact our UK Customer Support team before completing your purchase.

Warranty Support

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights. Warranty claims remain valid and will be handled in accordance with Allett’s standard warranty terms. Customers may be responsible for international shipping costs associated with warranty service.
